You are responsible for reviewing your order before submission, as we may be unable to modify or cancel an order once processed.

Your purchase is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.
You represent that all products purchased are for personal use and not for resale or export.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration you select (1, 3, or 6 months).
Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your chosen plan unless you cancel prior to the next renewal date.
You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime using the link in your order confirmation email.
All subscriptions include complimentary shipping and are covered by our 30-night guarantee on your first order.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be that in effect at the time of purchase and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details and authorize WHYSLP Wellness Co to charge your chosen payment method for all transactions.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by WHYSLP Wellness Co, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws. 
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

WHYSLP Wellness Co is powered by Shopify, which hosts and supports our store. However, your purchase is made directly with WHYSLP Wellness Co.

Shopify is not responsible for any part of your purchase, including products, shipping, or returns. You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from your transactions with WHYSLP Wellness Co.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
