We currently ship within Australia ONLY.

Flat-rate shipping of $15 AUD applies to all one-time purchases
Shipping rates have increased across carriers, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to keep costs fair and transparent.
Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Australia (Estimated delivery times after dispatch):

NSW / QLD / VIC Metro: 1–4 business days

NSW / QLD / VIC Regional: 2–8 business days

SA / TAS: 2–7 business days

WA / NT: 5–12 business days
New Zealand: - currently on hold
Orders are shipped daily from Australia and delivered by NZ Post, typically within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or regional factors.
Accuracy of Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
WHYSLP Wellness Co is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
Carrier Delays
While we work with trusted shipping partners, we cannot guarantee carrier transit times and are not liable for delays once orders have been handed to the carrier.
All delivery timeframes are approximate and depend on the carrier’s operational schedule and network.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at care@whyslp.com.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We want every order to arrive safely. If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, they assume responsibility for delivery and can best assist with tracking updates, delays, or claims.
If your issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, please reach out to care@whyslp.com and we’ll do our best to help guide next steps.
Please note that once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, WHYSLP Wellness Co cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, or loss occurring after delivery.
