We created WHYSLP to make better sleep effortless.
If your purchase isn’t what you expected, we’ll make it right.


Returns

You can return your WHYSLP product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Simply contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the return process — we’ll also cover the return shipping costs to our listed warehouse.

Once your item is received, please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

If your order was made using a buy-now, pay-later or interest-free service, any additional fees are handled directly by your payment provider.


Return Eligibility

To help us process returns smoothly, please note:
(a) Returns apply to first-time, full-paying customers with proof of purchase (email receipt or order confirmation).
(b) Please allow at least 14 nights of use before requesting a return — consistency helps you experience the benefits of improved breathing and rest.
(c) For subscription customers, once a renewal has been processed, we can’t issue a refund for that billing cycle, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.


Important Notes

  • Our 30-night guarantee applies only to your first order.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please contact us before returning any product to ensure it’s sent to the correct warehouse address.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right promptly.


Exchanges

To ensure you get what you need quickly, please place a new order once your return has been accepted and processed.
